~Inspiration from Garden Books~

Stan and I have bought lots of Gardening Books to inspire us.
We're always looking through them for different ideas.
They inspire you to take photos
anywhere in the garden.
Making different vignettes and putting it together
makes me feel so creative.

I love collecting wood objects to use in the garden.

As simple as three items makes a statement in a vignette.
Lacy Queen's Anne Lace.
Hope you all have a very creative week!
Gardens have lots of beautiful surprises!!

  4. Hi Jody! been a while since I've been on bloggyland. I adore this especially that you and Stan do this together. I have a question about the queen annes lace?....how did you get them to bloom so early? do you buy seeds? if so from where? it is one of those flowers I'm trying to grow and it is so far a year since I planted the seeds, and I am praying for those gorgeous beautiful lacy mandalas of Nature to bloom at some point, probably high summer, but you already have some bloomed?? pray tell ? :-)

    1. So happy your back in blogland again!! I have to confess, I bought some Queen Annes Lace at a local nursery. The seeds spread very easily. I have some up on our hill that come back every year. I love their white lacy flowers too!! Good Luck with your new seedlings!!

One of my weakness (especially as a blogger) is photographing the out~of~doors.
You have marvelous photos, dear friend!!!
I am making a point of (trying) photo shooting something out~of~doors everyday this Season!!!
Practice makes more perfect. . .but I love that I can erase my photo mistakes!!!
Thank you for encouraging me to continue!!!
    Fondly,
