~Velvet Alphabet Pumpkins~

I love velvet and pumpkins, so I couldn't wait to do a project with both.
I used a bowl as my pattern.
Cut my circle out.
I sewed a straight stitch.
Placed some beans on the bottom for weight.
Stuffed the top with poly-fil and closed up the top.
I used some twigs from the garden.
I got the beads from Michael's Craft Store.
Boo!
Ghost!
Bat!
Happy Halloween to Everyone!

  1. I love those Jody! I made a couple last year but I need to make one more (you know, keep those odd numbers!) I think the addition of the beads and alpha beads is adorable.

    Have a great week,
    Judy

  16. Great tutorial on the velvet pumpkins, make it look easy. Love the vintage patterned fabric mostly tho, so cute. Will have to try to find some of that fabric to make some with. Maybe HobbyLobby or Jo-Ann will have some. Seems that a few of you gals are starting on your holiday projects already. Good idea as the time flies by it seems from Sept to Dec.
