I love decorating for the holidays.
We'll have all the kids home for Christmas.
We'll have a full house, but I'll enjoy every minute!!
Here's some photos of our decorations this year.
I wanted to share with you photos of our winter garden too.
In San Diego,
you can grow pretty much anything you love.

ReplyDeleteI'm so loving your garden, gorgeous. We have snow ice and freezing, everything is dead and if it weren't for Christmas lights, I would never look out the windows. I love your village on the buffet and the traditional decor, nummy! Thanks for hosting, Sandi

ReplyDeleteYour house is lovely decorated for Christmas, really festive. I almost envy your wintergarden, so spacious and it looks like it´s growing and flowering continuously in San Diego, so different from our frosty gardens.
ReplyDeleteI am not decorated for Christmas YET, I hope to work on it this weekend because Christmas at my house is the 17th

Jody, thank you SO much for featuring my Ice Berry Wreath post this week on Sweet and Simple Fridays! And thanks, also, for your visits to Marmelade Gypsy. There are so many inspirational links to visit, I have a feeling I'll be up till three in the morning reading! And happy for every minute!
ReplyDeleteYour home is so beautiful. I'm ready to come over right now! Let's see, if I can make a quick plane reservation from snowy Michigan to San Diego, I should be able to make it! You are going to have such a special holiday with all your family at hand. And they will be in awe. (Oh, by the way, just the teeniest bit envious that you have a year-round outdoor space!)
Thank you Jody for sharing your holiday time and hosting Simple and Sweet Fridays. Appreciated.

Oh Jody, your Christmas decorations are wonderful! I love all the traditional wood furniture you have, as I am a lover of that also. Your white table really stands out against the dark furniture. When I first saw the picture of the ornament that says "silent night," I smiled because that is my favorite Christmas carol of all time. Can I ask where you got that beautiful ornament? Your Santa village is so festive, and those copper mugs are delightful. You are going to love all your kids being home this Christmas. It may get hectic, but you're blessed, indeed.
