I know I'm thinking about Fall early,
but our pumpkins our growing in the garden and it makes me think of
~FALL~
I just bought the new issue of
The Country Journal.
They had a beautiful Fall tablescape in it and
it inspired me to create a little Autumn too!
I used some burlap landscape to use as a tablecloth.
I love the Rustic feel to it.
I added some sunflowers for some color.
I also added some Bee Skeps, Pumpkins and Candles.
I used my dishes from William Sonoma.
The French script on it and Roosters are my favorite for a
Fall Tablescape.
Some pretty etched glassed I found at Home Goods and
orange pumpkin dessert plates add more Autumn color.
Looking forward to dining outside for Fall.
I wanted to share with you our chickens
are laying about 2 eggs per day so far.
We named the dark one,
Dora, the Explorer because she loves to jump up on our table and say hello. The blonde is Lucy Lou, because she reminds me of a Charlie's Angel. Always doing different stunts.
They're a wonderful addition to our family.
I'm getting used to getting up at 6am to open up their cage.
With a cup of coffee, it starts my day with a smile.

Beautiful features and I love the burlap table. I'm not ready to think about fall, but I will pin it so I can use the idea in October or November. Although, it feels like we have had summer for over a year now.
ReplyDeleteI'm not ready for Fall, but I love your sunflowers. I have some in the garden that are ten feet tall and still have not bloomed.

Wow, I love your autumn table. This is just beautiful.
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend
Gorgeous! I saw that use of the burlap landscaping material and loved it also. You did a fabulous job. I wanted to pick some up for Fall. Thought maybe Home Depot would carry it. It has been nice and cool here with rain so Fall had definitely been on my mind. Trying to hold off till Sept. before pulling out the goods! However at a thrift this morning I found an old green fertilizer spreader with orange wheels. Can't wait to fill it with pumpkins! Happy to be joining the party this week. Love the features! Don't know why, but often when I hop over my computer freezes and I can't scroll down. After several tries if it still won't let me I finally give up. Made it today on the third try.

Love the fall table.. So many pretty things here!!! This time of year I always get itchy for some fresh decor. I think I will trade my patriotic table settings for sunflowers this week. Have a great weekend.
