~Fall Inspired Pumpkins with Wire Name Tags and Simple & Sweet Fridays #190~

I was inspired to make a Fall place setting name tag and
created this one.
Rhinestones give it just the right embellishment it needed.
The holidays are here and what better way to display a name holder  for Fall
 but with a Jack-Be-Little Pumpkin.
I used a 12 gauge wire and bent it around a pencil.
I then used a pretty rhinestone I found at Michael's Craft Store and placed it on the top part of the wire.
I cut out some pieces of card stock for the name tags.
I bent the wire against the cards to support the back.
I decided to use a scallop paper punch for the card stock.
It turned out just the way I wanted it,
a special place setting for a
Fall tablescape.

I used leaves for the guys!!
The Fall table was a very simple look with added
pumpkins for the name tags.

Love how they turned out!
I saw another idea for a place card holder.
I used 20 gauge wire.
After bending the wire around the pumpkin stem,
I added a small loop to the wire.
Then I added a flower to the top of the wire.
The added wire leaf gives it a whimsical look.
Depending on your table setting,
you could use any kind of flower to the wire.
I used fresh flowers which you would add the day of the occasion.
Plastic flowers would work also.
Use your imagination,
the skys the limit!!
Hope this gives you some inspiration for the holidays!!

~Colors of Fall and Simple & Sweet Fridays #187~

In our garden
 the colors of
 Fall
 are everywhere!
I always love making a Pumpcullent for Fall!
A pumpkin with succulents glued on top.
It looks so pretty in our Autumn garden.
They usually last through the Winter.
We always have plenty of succulents growing in the garden.
You can hot glue some moss and then hot glue the succulents on.
Mist the succulents once a week.
It's a very easy project for Fall.
I wanted to share with you our pumpkins this year.
Not as many because of the hot weather,
but at least we have some.

I love the things I collected in the garden today.
I'll use them for my Autumn decorations in the house.
~Beautiful Fall Colors~

I made some zucchini bread today,
the kids love it for breakfast.
Some cute pumpkin cookies from Panera Bread Bakery.
I think I'm almost done decorating for Fall in the house now.
We grew lots of Butternut Squashes and Jack-Be-Little pumpkins
this year in the garden.
~They make a wonderful Fall vignette~
