I wanted to have my mother-in-law,
Mary, make a craft today.
We bought some pink yarn and
made a pattern out of cardboard for the pom-poms.
She'll be 88 this year in July.
I knew this would be good exercise for her hands,
since she has arthritis.
She was so proud of herself after she made them.
Loved seeing her smile.
Great job, Ms. Mary! And, sister, you don't even look like you're in your 70s, much less your 80s! See, crafting DOES make us younger! -- Jan
