The hyacinths bloomed in the kitchen today.
They were a beautiful pink.
I just bought a purple anemone over the weekend.
I also fell in love with a galvanized pot
with burlap straps and an atomizer,
I bought at Rogers Garden.
I love the rustic look with all of them together.
I picked some fresh alstroemerias
from the garden today for the table.
A vibrant pink for January.
I found another French wire basket and had to buy it.
I love fresh flowers anytime of the year.
We are so fortunate in California that we can enjoy flowers and fresh fruit year round.
ReplyDeleteSO pretty and pink (and purple!), and pleasant!! You definitely have a green thumb, Jody. Thanks for bringing some sunshine to the blogosphere!

Love hyacinths but skipped them as hubby would scream about his allergies. I did do some others that have less fragrance but LOVE the hyacinths so thank you - I am enjoying yours!
ReplyDeleteThe flowers are gorgeous and I love how you have them displayed.
ReplyDeleteI didn't know one could force hyacinths in the house!
ReplyDeleteHow beautiful... I love pink and purple flowers... actually, I love all flowers... but especially those shades... your little bucket and spritzer look so pretty with them... I am so envious of your garden already... I cannot wait to be out in mine come Spring!... xoxo Julie Marie
ReplyDeleteOh, your flowers are so pretty. I especially like the Purple one, as it is my favorite color. The wire basket is nice to put things in too. You know, last year I was going to buy myself flowers every now and then, just because. I think I'll do the same this year.
ReplyDeleteI hope the new year is treating you good.
Love,
~Sheri
