I love our new Welcome Holiday Sign.
I saw this idea in the November Country Living Magazine.
I just copied by eye the lettering from the magazine and then used a chalkboard paint pen to write the words
onto an old antique silver tray.
I had a burlap wreath on our front door and
just added the Welcome tray.
I tied it on with green jute.
Some Fall garland
added for that festive look!
Now I can swap out the flowers next month to evergreens and holly
for Christmas!
While I was making the Thanksgiving wreath I made some gingerbread cake. I bought the mix from Traders Joe's.
Love that store!!
It smelt so good cooking while working on the wreath.
Looking forward to dessert tonight!
Roses in bloom in the garden.
Such a wonderful surprise getting blooms from our peonies again!
It's November in San Diego!!
Love the scent!
Stan and I went to Roger's Garden this week!
They had the most beautiful displays of Christmas trees already.
I'll share some more photos this week.
Love the holiday season!!

Oh my goodness! That Welcome door sign is so beautiful! I like it more than the inspiration piece in the magazine. Your photos of Rogers Garden are magnificent. If that doesn't get us into the Thanksgiving/Christmas spirit this month, nothing will.
ReplyDeleteWonderful features, especially love Everyday Living. Thank you so much for including my table and sharing all of us. Hope you have an awesome week~
