~Kitchen Garden Art~

It was a beautiful day gardening in San Diego today.
I was looking for some string to tie up a plant and couldn't find any.
I have been collecting rolling pins from garage sales,
thrift stores and flea markets.
As I was planting I remembered,
I had one in the garden for fun.
I thought why not use it for holding the jute I can never find.
I just needed to find the right spot.
My new inspirational board on another potting table.
I'm going to add more things to inspire me in the garden.
I found the perfect place on the picket fence potting table.
 I love the whimsical look.

  1. Jody this is they best idea!!! I hope you don't mind if I use this idea myself in my own garden. I am always hunting for where I left the jute last. It's funny because last fall I was in the pasture with the horses when I found one of my old rolling pins laying in the grass. I have no idea what the grandchildren were doing with it out there but can only imagine :)

  20. Absolutely beautiful! I just found you through the From Dream to Reality Linky and I'm so happy I did! I can't have a garden this summer, but I'll be having something better - the summer with my man in Hawaii. So....I'll miss having a garden, but I think I can deal with it just this one year.

  21. Great idea. And the pictures of your garden are so beautiful. Spring is not there yet in Brittany, so gardening is not really nice... But I sure long for it!
