~(Breakfast At Tiffany's) Birthday Party For Mary~

We finally were able to surprise our friend, Mary, with a wonderful birthday party!
The Theme was "Breakfast At Tiffany's".
We celebrated the party at Tami's beautiful home.
All the girls; Tami, Linda, Virginia, Yuri and me have been planning her party for months now.
Mary has always given all of us wonderful parties, now it was her turn to be pampered. She also has a wonderful blog called,
"La Bella Vita Design And Inspiration".
You have to check it out!
Getting all the decorations together was so much fun.
I painted a box to look like Tiffany's.
We used it for the centerpiece. So pretty!
I made lots of Poms Poms!

Stamped some name tags with music notes and a chandelier.
You know me,
I had to stamp the name tags!
I wrapped presents with lots of tulle.
Mary,
Our Queen Bee.
Virginia made the best Lemon Drop Martinis.
The sugar around the rim was the perfect touch!
Appetizers were:
Brie with Orange Fig Jam
Vegetarian Grape Leaves
Tami found all the wonderful napkins, tulle, candies
and accessories to match the theme at Party City.
Linda made the prettiest Tiffany cake I've ever seen.
Marzipan and fondant icing( brought back from her recent trip from England) and pearls added to the Genoese Cake.
The filling of fresh whipped cream and strawberries
was so light and delicious.
She served it with a Chambord creme sauce.
She even placed white gladioluses and
a Tiffany bag with pearls to it.
Just spectacular!
Tami made white chocolate dipped strawberries
 and I made some madeleines.
The table looked so pretty with all the decorations.
I used some of my mother's black gloves
and hat for a Audrey Hepburn look.
Of course, we needed a compact and old lipsticks.
Pearls Everywhere!
Lots of pretty presents!
The gazebo was the perfect place for Mary's party!
Tami arranged pretty white roses with baby's breath in the center.
I bent wire and added pearls for our initials.

Tami made Zucchini Soup.
Rosemary Lemon Salmon with Capers and
Cheesy Potatoes for the birthday lunch.
Yuri made a Mango Strawberry Salad.
It was a meal, we'll never forget.
So good!

Yuri surprised us with cookies made
 from her friend, Julie Otsuka.
They were so special!
We all had such a wonderful day.
There was a craft table too with all kinds of trinkets
 to decorate a journal.
I'll share with you all our creations on this week's
Simple & Sweet Fridays Party!
Happy Birthday To A Very Special Friend.
We Love You, Mary!
