Here are the last of the photos of the Tea Party.
I saw these beautiful pink roses and thought they would look so pretty for the center of the table.
I also used baby's breath and placed them in pink antique cups.
My mother's old lace tablecloth seemed perfect for the tablescape.
I used my vintage dishes and gold chargers for the place settings.
The British Flag was a festive look on the banister.
I also found a set of vintage silverware
with roses that were a perfect fit.
The table looked so pretty with the roses down the center.
A teapot placed in the center with roses and little glass salt dishes
added to the special event.
It was a wonderful English Birthday Tea Party.
Thanks to all the help from my friends, it was a very special day.
Happy Birthday Linda!
Happy Thursday everyone!

ReplyDeleteI would have loved to be at that party
Gorgeous crochet tablecloth..I have a very soft spot for crocheted tablecloths, as I have a few heirloom ones, from my grandma, my mother, my Mil and hubby's grandma. Great party and everything is beautiful on the table setting..and so are the lovely ladies. Thank you for hosting. Big hugs,

I also have to comment on your beautiful garden photos... Nothing has started to grow here yet. We did have 2 days in the 70's but terrible thunderstorms have lowered temps. again into the 50's!!
