I bought the new cookbook,
"Cooking with Flowers"
by Miche Bacher of Mali B Sweets.
All the recipes looked so good.
I had to make the chocolate and lavender biscotti.
A very easy recipe and they were delicious!
Wrapped them up and gave them to friends.
The next recipe I made was a Borage Spritzer.
Combine 1/2 cup Borage Basil Simple Syrup
1/2 cup Borage Vodka
3 cups Seltzer Water
8 Cucumber Slices
8 Basil Leaves
Borage Ice Cubes
A wonderful refreshing drink for Springtime!
Happy Thursday everyone!

Thanks for introducing me to the book. I love cooking with flowers, but have only really stretched to lavender scones. I have always wanted to make my flowers more productive than just putting them in a vase. Take care. Chel x
