Happy Fall!!
Walking through our garden I saw the change of the seasons.
There's nothing like the leaves falling and the chill in the air.
I wanted to share photos of our garden this Fall.
Stan planted lots of pumpkins, squashes and vegetables for our Autumn harvest.
Acorn squashes too!!
A little pumpkin wrapped it's way around an
antique galvanized watering can.
I love squash blossoms.
They're so good when stuffed with ricotta cheese.
This is one area,
where we grew the butternut squashes!
The pumpkins came out everywhere to say hello!!
There's nothing like fresh butternut squash from the garden!
A surprise pumpkin growing next to a stepping stone.
Pretty butternut squashes!
Happy Fall From Our Garden To Yours!!
Well, your seasons are changing faster than ours -- and I'm in Michigan (where it's going to be 90 tomorrow and feels like it today!). Gorgeous photos, Jody. Such a joy to welcome fall with you!
ReplyDeleteThanks Jeanie for stopping by. Happy Fall ♥
DeleteYour garden is so lovely. I have never grown pumpkins, I will have to put that on my to grow list next year.
ReplyDeleteBetty, You should try and grow at least one pumpkin next year. I love how it brings Fall into the garden ♥ Happy Gardening!!

Mary
Hi Mary, your garden is always so beautiful! Love your roses ♥Have a wonderful week. It looks like it will be a hot one!
DeleteJody,
ReplyDeleteYour pumpkins and squashes are fantastic. I've never grown pumpkins and just yellow squash. Who decides when to pick what at your house? You or Stan? I would be so excited if I had your garden and would have a hard time waiting until the perfect moment to pick each pumpkin/squash.
Judith
Hi Judith, we both share in the picking of the vegetables. Sometimes he'll surprise me with one that I didn't see growing. This year for some reason the butternut squash and acorn squashes are growing bigger than usual. I love when that happens! All our hard work pays us back with a delicious meal! ♥
DeleteYour garden looks like a life sized fairy garden! It's so cute and lovely! ;)
ReplyDeleteHi Ashley, It's so nice of you to drop by. I try and put a little whimsy in the garden, I love my miniature and fairy areas! ♥
DeleteJody just beautiful. My favorite pumpkin is the one that wrapped itself around the watering can.
ReplyDeleteHappy Friday.
Kris
Hi Kris, I think that little pumpkin is one of my favorites too! It's amazing how they can attach on to anything in the garden. Have a wonderful Fall week ♥

What a lovely tour. I love seeing your gardens..They always inspire me. You have so many fun details and your pumpkins and squash look amazing. We had a freeze warning here in the AZ mountains. Today, I'm enjoying a rainy, cloudy day. Happy Fall and thank you for sharing!
ReplyDeleteTamara (The Shabbi Gypsy)

DeleteNo rain in the forecast here in San Diego. Enjoy your weekend in Arizona ♥ Thanks for stopping by!
Jody, I love the pumpkins and squashes. Your garden is very cute. I like the vine growing by the stone rabbit. Blessings, xoxo, Susie
ReplyDeleteHi Susie,
DeleteI love how the pumpkin vines grow in the most surprising places. We just have to climb over them when they grow in the garden paths! Love Fall ♥
Jody - you guys have an AMAZING garden - wow, just check out all that bounty!!!!
ReplyDeleteIsn't autumn a wonderful time of year?????
Sure nice to be back blogging again - I have really missed it, and missed you!! Hugs!
Che meraviglia!!! il vostro giardino è magico, riesce a dare in ogni stagione il meglio di se, colori, fiori, frutti e altre cose, fanno sognare chi lo guarda, grazie!
ReplyDeleteUn caro saluto dall'Italia,
Laura
What a gorgeous fall garden!! I would LOVE to be able to grow like you do! :)
ReplyDeleteLook at all the pumpkins in your garden! I love those sweet white ones. The blue tea cup stand caught my eye, as blue tea cups are my favorite. It's getting cooler here in northern Calif. and the leaves are just starting to fall to the ground. That last picture with the twinkling lights and orange and white pumpkins is pretty. Your Autumn harvest is wonderful, Jody.
ReplyDeletelove, ~Sheri
