~An Easter To Remember and Simple & Sweet Fridays #212~

Easter
is a wonderful holiday to have family and friends over!
Celebrate traditions that we all grew up with.
My mother and father loved having the whole family come home.
I have 6 brothers and sisters and the family grew to
12 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
My mother and dad would have loved celebrating with the kids.
I wanted to share with you photos of the cookies
I made this year and our Easter table setting.
Our family would love to wish you and
your families
~A Happy Easter~
I used my mother's tablecloth for our Easter celebration this year!
I decided to have purple and yellow as the main color scheme.

I found this vintage candelabra for our centerpiece.
Love the purple dried hydrangeas!
Cute little baskets to hold some goodies for Easter
at Michaels Craft Store.

I made sugar cookies then added fondant on top.
Added icing color gel and painted them.
I got the idea from La Table De Nana.
She is so creative!!
A pretty Easter bunny candle from my friend, Jackie!

Wishing you all a very
Happy Easter!

~Easter Tablescape and Simple & Sweet Fridays #111~

I wanted to share with you our Easter Tablescape this year.
Lots of great finds!
Home Goods was my big shopping spree.
I showed you the Rabbit Tea Towels I made on an earlier post.
The Graphics Fairy shows you all kinds of easy projects.

~Paper Rosettes~
I love my new pillows from Marshalls.
They have ruffles just like the runner
 I found at Home Goods.
I always love displaying my glass candlesticks from Anthropologie.
The Easter table was full of color this year.
The crocheted eggs I found at Pier 1,
they look whimsical hanging from the chandelier.
Of course, I had to get out my vintage silverware
 for the place settings.
Cute black and white plates I found at Home Goods.
Desserts displayed on our antique buffet.
A view from upstairs tells you
Easter is here!
We wish you all a
 Happy Easter!!

Now, lets see all your wonderful projects you've been working on!!
