~Coeur a la Creme with Raspberries~

I've been wanting to make
"Coeur a la Creme with Raspberries"
 for dessert.
Since my daughter, Katie and her boyfriend, Harry were here,
it was the perfect time to try the recipe.
Katie made some avocado bruschetta with cilantro and cherry tomatoes for appetizers.
Harry made Salmon in foil with green beans and broccoli and
mashed sweet potatoes with cinnamon.
I used Ina Garten's recipe from her book
"Barefoot in Paris".
I found my dish at Sur La Table for the dessert.
I used fresh vanilla bean.
Grated Lemon Zest
Of course, cream cheese, confectioners' sugar
and heavy cream. That's what makes it taste so good!
Line the dish with cheesecloth and refrigerate.
Make the raspberry sauce with fresh raspberries.
A delicious dessert.
For a perfect dinner.

  13. I've seen Ina make that on TV and I even pulled the recipe off foodnetwork.com but I've been too chicken to try it! I'm glad to see a "real person" make it. The whole dinner looks fabulous from start to finish!
