I wanted to share with you a recipe I just made.

I was reading the section Food in
The San Diego Union-Tribune
and saw this recipe.
It was created by Maria Ines Curiel of
Karina's Mexican Seafood Restaurant.

With it we had sliced jicama with Tajin seasoning.
Stan made a salad with tomatoes from our garden.
I made a fresh loaf of bread.
Easy summer meal.
I also wanted to share with you some meringue cookies,
I made for a party.
I dipped them in white chocolate,
then added sprinkles.

Our pumpkins are taking over our garden this year.

Our teak table was in need of refinishing.
Stan sanded it down and put teak oil on it.
I don't know if you've ever seen a chrysalis for a Monarch butterfly.
We have seen many in our garden this year.
This one was on our barbecue cover.
